Restoration Specialist Job Responsibilities Include:

•Generation of qualified leads through canvassing, networking, social media and other innovative creativity is encouraged.

•Possess the ability to represent ONE and yourself with the utmost degree of professionalism, taking pride in both personal appearance and mindset and providing a top-tier level of customer service.

•Perform initial roof, siding, and exterior inspections in order to identify damage consistent with insurance restoration claims.

•Efficiently and effectively build rapport with the customer in order to guide them through the restoration process as well as the ONE customer experience.

•Consistently and accurately document all job related information, communications, and job needs within the ONE workflow system.

•Honestly and effectively communicate with ONE customers, the ONE team, and all of our ONE affiliates.

Restoration Specialist Qualifications:

•Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

•Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise

•Strong sense of ambition, drive, grit, & self-discipline

•Ability to climb a ladder safely

•Valid MN Driver’s License

•Reliable transportation (company truck can be provided for qualified individuals)

•Sales experience is a plus but not required
