Alicia, Estimator

I joined One Nation Exteriors in the summer of 2023. I have a background in Real Estate Title, Nursing, and the Roofing Restoration Industry. Overall, I enjoy ensuring people's needs are met and satisfactory. My role consists of writing supplemental estimates and attending to any additional needs of the office. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs, Rival and Kona. I also enjoy cooking, gardening, and exploring the State Parks with my horse, Lucky, during the summer.

Amanda, Office Manager

I enjoy all aspects of the construction industry, especially working in the office with the One Nation Exteriors team. I have over 20 years experience working in management and office administration. When my husband, Tim and I are not busy with our 4 children and 2 grandchildren, soon to be 3, we are always looking for our next home improvement project. Staying healthy is very important to our family, we enjoy working out at the gym and taking long walks with our 2 dogs. Our hobbies are outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, fishing, hunting and taking our Harley out for a ride on a beautiful Summer day. We also love to travel, we make sure to get away to the ocean at least once a year to relax and reset.

I have the honor of being the General Manager for the One Nation Exteriors (ONE) family. My previous background in Counseling and Law Enforcement has led me to this amazing company and industry. I am passionate about ensuring that all of our customers, clients, and partners are well taken care of throughout their entire experience with the ONE family. It is within our vision that our ONE family becomes your "Go To" trusted Exterior Remodeling/ Restoration Contractor. When I'm not hanging out with the ONE family, you can find me hanging out with my other family, fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors to recharge.

Eric, Restoration Specialist

I am new to the construction and remodeling industry with a background in hospitality, specifically restaurants. I take a great deal of pride in my service and hospitality background, being able to provide excellent customer service. When I’m not working, I enjoy cycling, hiking and generally being outdoors. I call Saint Paul home, where I live with my wife, son and our pit bull Makki.

Garett, Sales Manager

I have been in the construction/remodeling industry for 8+ years. I also had a successful career as an Auto Mechanic for 15yrs. I pride myself on being personable, approachable and easy to work with. When I am not working I enjoy fishing and helping coach my son's trap team. I reside in Rosemount with my two teenage sons and wife.

Jeff, Operations Manager

I have over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing framing, insulation, roofing, siding, and gutter installations. I enjoy bringing projects to life with the involvement of my amazing team, trade partners, and customers. I enjoy spending family time with my wife, Bianca, and our two children, Estelle and Weston. As a family, we love the great outdoors by engaging in activities like hiking, camping, golfing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding. Whenever I manage to find a moment of relaxation on the couch, I enjoy all things related to Minnesota sports even when they continue to let me down year after year.

Jen, Office Assistant

This will be my second season in the roofing industry at One Nation Exteriors. I do a little bit in all departments. Mainly pulling our building permits for our projects. My fiance Mark is in the sales department and he loves working with his homeowners to give them a great experience. We have two children, a 16 year old son and a 14 year old daughter. We love going to hibachi dinners and watching the twins games. We are looking forward to the spring season because we are getting married and also for another exciting year of helping more homeowners update their homes. 

Joey, Senior Estimator

I have 9 years of exterior restoration experience and 3 years of claims estimating experience. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 dogs. Some of my favorite things to do include being outdoors, hiking and doing interior home improvements. 

Justus, Sales Manager

I am the Sales Manager for One Nation. I take pride in providing our customers a first-rate experience throughout their exterior projects. In addition to working with our One Nation customers I also lead one of our sales teams. I have a passion for mentoring our sales force to ensure no matter who assists you at One Nation you have the same great experience. Outside of work I am a father to four amazing kids and a husband to an amazing wife. We spend most of our time at the hockey rink or baseball fields, we also enjoy going to our family cabin to fish, kayak and four-wheel. 

Kyle, Restoration Specialist

I grew up in northern Minnesota and 2 years ago moved to the Twin Cities area and now live in Lakeville. I have always worked in sales and customer facing positions because I like to help people find the right solution to their needs. When I am not working I like to spend time with my 6 month old son and 9 year old daughter. My hobbies include traveling, riding BMX, playing softball, and in the winter I enjoy shooting pool.

Luke, Damage Inspector

I grew up in Saint Paul and currently live in Saint Paul. I have a background in insurance adjusting, storm restoration sales, delivery couriering, and union glazing. I enjoy assisting homeowners with claim procedures and processes. When I am not working I like to spend time with my family, friends, and my dog Rocky. My hobbies include traveling and playing basketball.

Mark, Restoration Specialist

This year will be my 2nd year with One Nation and 3rd year overall in the industry. I absolutely love what I do and the wonderful people I work with. My favorite part of my job is helping homeowners with their home’s exterior needs and taking them step by step through the process of an insurance claim or retail project. I have a fiancé who I’m excited to marry in April of this year. We have 2 kids. A 16 year old boy and a 14 year old daughter. As a family we love going out to eat, watching movies and doing fun family activities. I enjoy a good true crime book, jigsaw puzzles and watching sports, especially baseball. I’ve played baseball most of my life which includes High School, College and Amateur Men’s. I’ve even played baseball in Munich Germany with a USA Select Team. I look forward to helping as many homeowners as possible while giving them a great overall experience. 

Todd, Multi-Family & Commercial Relations

Before I started my path in Construction Sales I worked in the real estate valuation field for 8 years. My introduction to the General Contracting space was as a production manager and I instantly gravitated to the field. I have a passion for meeting new people and building relationships. Here at One Nation I serve our Commercial and Multi Family clients while focusing on business development. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family (wife, 2 children), exercising, learning, and getting together with friends. I have served 13+ years with A Co of the 133rd Infantry National Guard. I’m proud to serve the greatest country and I look forward to serving you.

WaiWai, Field Supervisor

Since 2022, I've been broadening my skills and accumulating invaluable experience under One Nation Exteriors. Thriving in the field, I actively engage in the entire process from the preparation to the final completion, ensuring a seamless operation throughout the entirety of the project. With a commitment to quality work and transparent collaboration, I take pride in ensuring our clients are well taken care of. My focus is to always foster an open and transparent client experience. I’m an easy-going individual with a passion for connecting with others. Embracing an adventurous lifestyle, I find joy in outdoor activities and live life on the edge. Beyond a love for food, there's a deep appreciation for the art of cooking. I'm a strong advocate for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a person of faith. I'm also currently serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard.

Will, Project Coordinator

I became part of the One Nation Exteriors team (ONE) in February of 2024, currently serving as the Project Coordinator. Prior to joining ONE, I was a multi-site manager for a Wisconsin agricultural co-op, worked as a Project Manager for a National restoration company, and am a retired Air Force veteran with 22 years of service. Currently I live in Stillwater with my wife Anna, two step daughters and two dogs. During our free time we enjoy strengthening our faith through our local church and anything outdoors when the weather cooperates.

I am a devoted husband to my wife Angela, father, and a man of faith, with a passion for leading my family and my business with integrity and purpose. As CEO of the best team in the roofing industry, I bring visionary leadership and a commitment to excellence. With our four children heavily involved in athletics, I balance my professional responsibilities with active involvement in my kids’ lives, fostering their growth and success both on and off the field.
